This grouping of 3 dolls was made to hang on the wall for a TAODA gallery show in 2009. The gallery did not have enough pedestals for standing dolls so a challenge was given to members to create only hanging dolls. Dressed in black, white and red, these whimsical dolls were inspired by cirque du soleil clowns. The male doll holds flowers and candy for the reluctant female doll while each one sits inside a box. The “Matchmaker” holds a red heart and can be hung on the wall between the two dolls in boxes.
